Parcels for France & Monaco are shipped within 24 hours via Colissimo / La Poste (except on saturday, sunday and bank holidays).

Parcels for Worldwide, including the United States, are shipped within 24 hours via FedEx, UPS or Colissimo / La Poste (except on saturday, sunday and French bank holidays).

We will provide you with a link to track your parcel online.

France & Monaco : within 2 working days.

Europe : within 3 to 6 working days.

United States / Canada / Asia-Pacific & rest of the world : within 5 to 8 working days.

 

FRANCE & MONACO RETURNS

Return shipping costs are covered by 13 BONAPARTE only for deliveries made in mainland France and Monaco.

Please send your return request to contact@13bonaparte.com indicating your order number so that we can send you the Colissimo return label.

Returns are accepted within a maximum of 14 days from the date of your parcel reception.

We will activate reimbursement via the secure online payment platform Stripe as soon as your package has been delivered to our store located at 2 bis rue de Normandie 75003 Paris. The refund amount will be credited back to your bank card or PayPal account in the following days.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Return costs are not borne by 13 BONAPARTE for countries except France & Monaco. Also, we highly recommand you to mention our email address contact@13bonaparte.com on your shipping documents, so we would be able to track your return parcel.
