France & Monaco : 7 euros.
Europe : 20 euros.
United States & Canada : 45 euros.
Asia-Pacific & rest of the world : 60 euros.
France & Monaco free shipping over 95 euros.
Europe free shipping over 150 euros.
Orders delivered to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees.
13 BONAPARTE accepts no responsibility for them.
Each country outside the European Union may apply its own custom fee rate, which is entirely at the expense of the customer.
SHIPPING
Parcels for France & Worldwide are shipped within 48 hours via Colissimo / La Poste (except on saturday, sunday and bank holidays).
We will provide you with a link to track your parcel online.
DELIVERIES
France & Monaco : within 2 to 3 working days.
Europe : within 3 to 6 working days.
United States / Canada / Asia-Pacific & rest of the world : within 5 to 8 working days.
FRANCE & MONACO RETURNS
Return costs are borne by 13 BONAPARTE for France & Monaco.
Returns are accepted within a maximum of 14 days from the date of your parcel reception. We will refund once your parcel has been delivered to our boutique studio.
First, you will ask your return at the following email address normandie@13bonaparte.com ; don't forget to mention your order number. If your order has been delivered in France & Monaco, we will email you a prepaid Colissimo label, which you will simply affix to your return parcel (the one you received, whether an envelopp or a box). Then, you will have to drop your return parcel at your nearest post office.
It is also possible to return or exchange an e-commerce order at the store located at 2 bis rue de Normandie 75003 Paris.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Returns are accepted within a maximum of 14 days from the date of your parcel reception. We will refund once your parcel has been delivered to our boutique studio.
Return costs are not borne by 13 BONAPARTE for countries except France & Monaco. Also, we highly recommand you to mention our email address normandie@13bonaparte.com on your shipping documents, so we would be able to track your return parcel. We will proceed with your refund, exchange or credit note once your parcel has been delivered to our boutique studio.
