Parcels for France, European Union, Switzerland, United Kingdom & Norvegia are shipped within 2 days via Colissimo.

Parcels for the United States / Canada / Asia-Pacific & rest of the world are shipped within 2 days via FEDEX or UPS.

We will provide you with a link to track your parcel online.

COVID-19 : We would like to inform you that before packaging, all our pieces are steamed at more than 60 degrees.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within a maximum of 14 days from the date of the parcel reception. We will refund, exchange or make a credit note according to the customer's will and the available stocks.

Return costs are borne by 13 BONAPARTE for France, Benelux & Germany. We will email you a Colissimo label, which you will simply affix to your return parcel.
